Mikey's Awesome Barbeque Veggies

  • 1 package frozen vegetables of your choice
  • Sliced onion
  • Wedge of lemon
  • 4 pats butter
  • Olive Oil
  • Aluminum Foil
  • Mikey's Spice


Using the large, heavy duty Aluminum Foil, tear off two sheets about 16 or 18 inches long and lay them down doubled.

Open the frozen veggies and spread them in a mound for about 10 or 11 inches of the 16 inch length of foil.

Peel and cut an onion in half lengthwise. Out of one half, slice about six half circles of onion about 1/8 inch wide. Lay these on the mound of veggies from end to end.

Squeeze the lemon wedge onto the veggies leaving the rind in the mixture.

Lightly drizzle olive oil on the entire mound from one end to the other.

Place the 4 pats of butter evenly equidistant from each end.

Shake Mikey's Original Old West Trail Dust on the entire mound. Use liberally.

Bring the sides of the foil up to meet in the middle and put at least two folds to seal the ingredients. Fold the ends so they won't leak as well. Place on the rack in the Grill and cook at about 400 degrees for 17 minutes. Empty into bowl for serving. (Careful. It is HOT!) Remove the lemon rind and serve.
